When browsing through blogs on Bloglovin' yesterday and today there seems to be, weirdly, a theme: summing up 2012. And I sort of feel the obligation to do the same, so in the spirit of 'summing up' I have created three GIFs of my 2012 - one for each season: beginning with winter/spring, continuing with summer and wrapping it up with autumn/winter.
And I am going to sum it up with the phrase me and my friend expressed yesterday, whilst doing a very "spiritual" and um cliché quiz about the year that has gone by: "2012 has just been a step on the way, not the destination". So incredibly hipster that we both sort of slapped ourselves for even saying it (sorry hipsters out there, no offense, just well..)
Anyway. Here is my 2012 in three animations:
January started with me and very platinum blonde hair, it continued with my birthday and a trip to London with my dearest mother. After that I went from blonde to brunette and also went to New York City (where I fell in love more than I have ever done anywhere else, at any other place and decided that I need to go back after graduation).
Summer arrived and I discovered the art of the Kevin Murphy ColorBugs, along with Cornelia. After that I went to the U.S again, to the mountains of Montana and my friend Brooke and her amazing family, celebrated 4th of July and hiked through the Rocky Mountains.
When I got back me and Cornelia went on city adventures (still with color-bugged hair) and I saw Bruce Springsteen LIVE in Gothenburg with my awesome family.
August and September arrived and school started again, I started my senior year of high school (so exciting yet terrifying). I went to London again with Cornelia and we did our senior year project there, ate breakfast at Tiffany's but also in an alley outside of Starbucks.
Umeå Fashion Week came along and I did my first styling job when styling the Red Cross fashion show along with some other talented people. There was also Halloween where me and my friend Emma went dressed up as "ice queens". And then I discovered the more "grungy"/90s trend even more and after that Christmas arrived, just like that.

All in all, such an eventful yet great year but it has felt as if though it's been speeding by. And my blog has really developed and so have I (not sure if I've become more mature but that's just good in that case) , and I want to thank all of you for following me, commenting and doing all of the things that gives me inspiration to continue blogging; every single day.
Without you, I'm nothing.
xoxo
